I can't find the wordage prohibiting a second thrower from marking with a mini if the first team member opts to throw from behind the disc as their lie.
Is clearly defined anywhere in the rule book?

I don't think so. You are allowed reasonable time to retrieve your disc regardless of how far it is. The clock should start once you take your stance.

I've been informed that if a disc is OB, the same physical disc used is not allowed to be thrown on the same hole. I looked at the OB rules and cannot find any part that supports this.
Is there a section of the rule book that clearly states this?

By the way, if anyone can dump any one of the garbage cans (once they are full) into one of the blue park garbage cans it would make it easier for the person who dumps all of them.

I know it's hopeless, but I can dream.

On a side note, the salt bags I've been using on my driveway would be great for carting the glass soda bottles people leave strewn on their favorite courses. A huge thanks to the tee shovel-er. Tees are shoveled AND sanded! Not even played from yet!

It will take a lot of time. First the course or part of the course has to be cleaned. Then a person, or a group, or a group of groups need to play. Find litter.

Have phones with good batteries and video cameras and film the people or groups who litter littering. Film the violation and the ...

Hole 8's basket was crooked when I approached it yesterday...there appears to be some damage where the basket piece connects to the pole.
Those straighten out pretty easy. It takes 3 people and a level. Just push and tweak until it's straight.

I like to cut through the park on my way by. Today the town is there draining the water for dam engineering purposes and you can see about 50 discs already.

The guys said it is all good to go in and rake the muck til we find them all.
I grabbed a few but it is real muddy. Am on my way back now ...
