I'm surprised and disappointed that NO ONE associated with the course at Page Park, or Bristol disc golf or league has commented on my previous post.

I was contacted by the Bristol Police Department yesterday that a disc of mine had been found and turned in. I went to the police station this morning and the officer indicated that they came across a person in the pond collecting lost discs and attempting to sell them. My disc was in a box of 20-30 ...

Should have said that I lost them at Page Park.

Lost a red dragon and an orange dragon on Hole 12 this morning...too damn windy. Both discs are sitting on the ice. Finally gave up trying to get them after 20 minutes. My name and number are on the red dragon and my friend's name and number are on the orange disc. I'd really like to get them back ...

A big THANK YOU to whom ever found my Avenger on Hole 8 and dropped it off at OTC Disc in Wallingford. I received a call from them saying that it had been found and I got it this morning. OTC is a great shop and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Good karma.

Lost a yellow Discraft Avenger on the right side of Hole 5 yesterday. My name and cell number are on it. Would love to get this disc back. Thanks.

Saw the FOX 61 Daytrippers episode this morning on the Bousquet course. The course looks amazing and Pete did a great job on camera promoting the sport. I've added this course to my short list of courses to play this fall.

That's fantastic news. I work in downtown Hartford and it'd be nice to play a quick 9 during lunch.

There was a nice article in yesterday's Journal Inquirer about the course. A big thanks to everyone getting it from an idea in someone's head to the ground. Look forward to playing there soon.

Aced Wickham Hole 5 this morning with my Vibram putter...second ace at Wickham. The other was Hole 15 with my ESP Avenger SS two years ago.

Lost a red X-out Dragon on 12 this morning...floating towards shore and figured I'd pick it up on my second round. When I came back it was gone. Played the course this past Saturday. Great job on the course. I like the elevation changes. Although my friend complained that the course is partial to RHBH? The only "down side" is the location of the 17's basket and the tee box for 18 relative to the area that the cars park for kiddie soccer. My ...

Steve Moran, I found your green disc on Hole 9 at Cross Farms this morning. I tried calling you a few times but you weren't accepting messages...so I dropped it in the Lost and Found box.

Or maybe someone was "on fire" that round . But seriously, I played Cross Farms last Friday and I noticed that several stumps on Hole 7 have been torched. Not sure if this was a control burn by Tolland DPW/FD or if someone was bored. The Town removed all that brush on that hole so I can't think that ...

Well said Eric. I'm at Cross Farms a few times a week and it's getting bad. Hopefully enough of us will take your advice and speak up when we see people littering on a great course, or any course for that matter.

A friend and I played Page this past Sunday morning and the course is looking good...but there is still a lot of trash, broken bottles, beer caps, butts and nip bottles all over the course. Not to mention a homeless person living in the woods on the right side of Hole 8 by the ravine. I try and pick ...
