Fellow discgofers,
I recently got a Playstation 2 and are looking if people want to get rid of any of their old playstation games. Please PM me and we can discuss.
Though there has not been a whole lot of disc golf, life has been good with a new daughter and a playstation 2.

Re: LET'S ELIMINATE PRO & AM!
I think Jason Southwick was right way back at the beginning of the post when he said that the payouts do not even add up to any kind of substance living (something like that). The payouts are like if you play poker with some friends, everybody puts in $5 and you win fifty bucks. Woop de do!

Disc Golf and Babies
Fellow Disc Golfers,
It has been a long time since I posted on NEFA. I forgot how much fun and addictive it was to read and post on this forum.
My wife and I are having our first child at the end of May. We are very excited about our new addition to our lives. However, I hate to sound selfish, but ...

Re: LET'S ELIMINATE PRO & AM!
I find this topic really interesting and I like the discussion this is generating. These are the kind of issues which allow this sport we love to grow. Now, here is my two cents on this issue:
I like having different divisions in tournaments. It allows newcomers not to feel too intimidated during ...

What if i shaved my legs and wore a wig? Would that be acceptable? But don't expect anything afterward, that will cost you some big $$$.

Re: Buff Redesign
I am having a hard time trying to figure out all the different hole configurations. Is there a map of what the new course will look like? If not, could someone please post a map of what the new course will look like?

Going out there tomorrow from Boston. Have not been the J park in two years. Can't wait to experience the new layouts.

ABC discs
I just got my new PDGA magazine with an ad for ABC discs. They claim they have new 21st century plastic. Any thoughts? Anyone threw any discs this company made?

SWEET!
Played Hodges for the first time in a long time. The course is looking so fine and I love some of the new tee positions (especially 4). I highly suggest people go out there and check it out. Thanks for all of your hard work! I hope that someday you can add another 9.

OOOPS.....I meant discs for throwing forehand....
Take my thread about screwing around with discs using my backhand...I meant forehand. What are the best discs for throwing forehand long and straight. What works for people? Sorry for the confusion.

Best Discs for throwing back hand...
One day I was throwing discs in a field and started to throw some of them backhanded. When I did that, I went "holy (bleep)" because I found that I could throw them just as far, or even farther, and even with more accuracy thand my forehand drives.

Disc Golf vs. Church
My wife is trying to convince me to go to Church on Sunday instead of playing DG. Doesn't she know that DG is my religion. What can I do to convince her of this fact?
P.S. Please take my poll. What would you rather do on a Sunday?

I am doing the ribbon thing this year and it kills on distance. I feel like it goes nowhere. Also I hate wearing my big winter boots when I play. I can't do a run off and they feel like 100 lbs. But.......my feet are dry and I have not lost a disc (except my Avenger on 10 @ B-land, but that should ...

Re: disk golf newcomer
I sometimes struggle with the intimidation factor and feeling foolish on the course. It got really bad for me around August when I would play a round and got so frustrated with my score I would flip out and kick my bag. Luckily, I was by myself or with friends who understood me (thanks Mike and ...
