Just played 18, course is playing great and we're all set for the tournament. Weather looks good, cool and cloudy.

My muscles were hurtin' after playing 36 holes at Hyzer and building this tee...

There are now paver/brick tees on 9 holes, with gravel on the other 9. I'm sure we will knock out a couple more tees before winter.

I've aced hole 5 at Stonykill 5 times now, all second shots or when I was alone. One day I'll get a regulation ace at SK!

A lot more work has been done at the course, a couple of tee and basket locations have changed. All baskets now have numbers. Some of us will be out there this Sunday to check out the progress and play a round.

Why is this event still unofficial on PDGA?

Going to have to get a Wedge tag this year so I can get in on the early registrations!

Kirvin Park in Pittsfield now has 9 baskets. These are older baskets with only one set of chains, but the course is fun and great for practice. Lots of dog walkers when I visited on Sunday.
