Played there for the first time this past weekend. I enjoyed the course very much and wish I had started going there years ago. Saw a sign posted for a weekly weekend league but forgot at what time. Would love to see an event of some sort up there. Can't wait to return to try to improve on my score.

The last I knew there were 1 or 2 laminated course maps hanging on the back of the kiosk for people to review (or take along with them and return after their round). Perhaps people that were not familiar with the course could take a pic on their cell phones and have a map at their fingertips for ...

Is this a different league than the Thursday one or has the Thursday league been moved to Mondays? In talking to fellow Craners this past weekend I was under the impression there was league Thursday.

On 8/12 I lost a 168g Orange Echo Star Katana on the left side of the fairway on hole #16. I'm thinking it went all the way down to the stream (which due to recent rain was raging) so I'm guessing it could've gotten washed away.....but maybe not. So, if anyone happens to find it please let me know ...

Good point. So if that's the case, from a strategic standpoint, we should have put her up against their best player so the worst case scenario would have been a wash thus not allowing them to gain any points on us for that particular matchup.

So does Katie just have to play the round by herself as a formality since there is no other female there for her to play against in order to get the point? I don't see any other scenario that allows us to earn that point fairly.

Which tees will we be playing from?

Finally, anyone with sightings/information on what seems to be a narrow gauge pickup truck or jeep type vehicle taking joy rides down the Hole 1 fairway? it would be good to catch the culprit and put a stop to it. Hate to see all the dedication and work put into the course and tee boxes

Saw the new benches around hole 1 and they are great. Many thanks to those who made that great contribution to the course. Now if we can just do something about the mud.

The DB-5 I bought a couple years ago has 18 chains. Great basket for the $. Been outside for two years and NO rust. Does tend to deflect discs that are thrown on that outer threshold where a chainstar may grab it but that just gives you incentive to hit the center. Relatively heavy compared to other ...

Charlie, you seem to know Gateway putters pretty well so I've got a question for you. I picked up a supersoft magic a year or two ago and the inner rim was convex. I recently got a new one and the rim underneath is flat (like most putters). Did they change the mold? Are the convex rimmed Magics ...

Never played WestT before but I'm really looking forward to this.
