I'd really like to see a new pin down at the end of the new field where the pond used. Short of that option, "unlimited relief" works for the fence perpendicular to the tee, but doesn't work for the fence running parallel to the road since the angle to the pin basically follows the fence.

Additional items:
* If total score, then match-ups don't matter and we can play 4-somes? We need to get this done as quickly as possible.
* If there is a tie after 6 holes (for worst score), then we go to sudden death -- I assume with only the teams tied for worst score.

OK -- back home / ready to put this to rest -- most of which is already in place.
First, I would like to make a few points:

Hey, I don't want to make a big deal of this. I think we have agreement on 2 dubz teams each. I suppose we'll need to play in 6-somes (which will be slow when time is critical). 1 group off the front and 1 group off the back makes sense. 745am start.

Willing to agree to your other terms -- despite cran having top players in league -- clearly a good scenario for cran. Condition is 1 female -- which seems very reasonable considering it is dubs and female may not even contribute. If you want a deal, that's my offer.

You can't really use the commutative property...
OK, Euclid -- look at it this way:
I would agree that if we actually lost to CL (which we did not), then it would be a 3-way tie because A beat B, B beat C, and C beat A. This is not the case, and we need to work with the schedule and tie breakers ...

If CL loses @ Cran and NASA loses @ Burgess, then 3 teams (CL, Cran, NASA) are 3-2.
Based on regular season play:
* Cran wins tie over CL based on head to head.
* NASA wins tie breaker over Cran based on head to head.
Final order: 3) NASA 4) Cran 5) CL

Re: 2011-12 Schedule, Results & Standings
If CL and NASA both go 3-2, and we never played each other this year, then how does CL have the tie breaker over NASA?
And yes, just giving CL some grief over not having paid. Is that accurate?

Could just have the last weekend of the month be the default and have the captains have the choice to arrange an alternative.
This is exactly right. Matches are supposed to be in a target month. The last day of that month becomes the default due date unless captains can schedule earlier.

Whit and I never discussed NOT playing. Personally, I thought we'd be OK given all the branches that came down in last year's storms, but the gusts were worse than I expected. Thankfully nobody was hurt. In hindsight, I believe many agree we should not have played.

Is there a point a team challenge should be cancelled due to high winds? Yesterday's match at Amesbury Pines was dangerous due to 40 to 50+ mph gusts - thankfully nobody hurt or worse. Yes, captains can agree, but it would be helpful if there was a generally agreed guideline in place. Most of the ...

It will be impossible for AC to qualify for Finals.
