Just for my clarification. If water in question was a stream why is it considered casual as opposed to an actual water hazard? I have not played West Thompson. SO I assume the stream must be declared as casual by course rules???

I will be there. It will be my first time at Devens. I hope you will have room for me. It looks like from the maps a decent distance between the parking lot and the first tee. Where do you rally to start the league at the parking lot or the tee????

Thanks for the tips. I believe I will be trying out the League at Devens. Looks like Luke is setting up for a good series. I had not thought about Simonds, but I am on the north side of Andover, River Road, not something I could do for lunch. Happy Spring!

I agree it is a brilliant idea. I am new to the sport just started playing last year. I played in the Dubz tournament in November at Beauty Hill and had a great time. I hope to play more tournaments this year but it is hard to get the time off from the family when there is a long travel time ...
