Seriously. Still hard to wrap one's mind around all of those small numbers.

45 at Maple Hill Golds. 1119 rated round (??!!!!?) which, granted is probably way too low a rating. Not a 4 to be found on his card. That is full-on sicko golf. Ree-donkulous.

I'll be there in spirit for sure ..... ripped up shoulder has my golf bag on a shelf for the next year.

I'll actually be within an hour of you that day and the next .... if I can somehow get untangled from the current agenda I will stop in and have a look!

Billy Dunne won Pro open, I believe I was told, by a large margin (6?). He shot a 48 in the second round which was pretty blistering. Ken Gary smoked MPG w/2 54s. Dunno about any of the others since I had to skidaddle pre-awards.

I know that the course down there is really, really technical, fair ...

I think there was a lot of concern Daniel about the time factor on Sunday. Playing a CH round, lunching and then adding a final 9, scoring, and then awards puts us all in northern VT at approx 6pm on a Sunday ....... nobody really wants that. We'll look at some different scenarios for next year. For ...

No final 9 Derek but the Open division round on Sunday we are trying to schedule so that everyone not playing in it will have a chance to watch the last (maybe 6) holes, a la Final 9. Nothing like playing in front of a gallery as you world-beaters know.

I signed up even though that's my anniversary week-end. I'm going to try the old "let's go up to Rindge for the week-end and stay at our wedding spot (Woodbound Inn) and oh by the way..."


As someone that could possibly be on the waitlist ....... I like that strategy. You're married to a woman ...

Just to clarify .... If you played Cherry Hill on Saturday you will be at BF Golds on Sunday. Conversely, If you play BF on Saturday you will be at Cherry on Sunday. Sounds easy !
