What do you pay in taxes?
What equipment is included?
Can you build on the land?

Taxes are $600 per year school $350 county

Equipment is 18 pins. 12 Strokesavers and 6 Chainstars.

You can build on the land for sure. Pro shop, 19th hole, etc.

Wow, this is so ironic!

I just happen to be in the market to buy a ready-made disc golf course!

Just one problem - a few years back after one of your trolling sessions on the NEFA board, I vowed I would never set foot on your course. So unfortunately I won't be buying it. Oh well.

I do however strongly support your purchase of that house in Bhutan. No internet access there, right?
