Enman field or Bennett Disc Farm??
I've never played in Maine and I am trying to decide between the two... any opinions? The wife and I are staying near Sabego Lake and she is planning on going to shop in Freeport after dropping me off. Thanks for any info.
never played either of those but I highly suggest checking out Sabattus. just outside of Auburn. 2 awesome 18 hole courses, a 9 hole geared towards families, a nice proshop, all the amenities and a 15 foot tall fountain shaped like a basket. personally, my favorite place on earth.

Enman field is a good place to check out. I'd suggest starting with "Beauty" and then playing "Beast". If you can swing it take a visit to Sabattus -- Matt is right, the Hawk is one of the best courses I've ever played.
Another great course in the area is Pleasant hill. It's a converted golf course, and a lot of fun.

Maine courses
I guess it depends on what you like better; fields or woods. Both are great courses that will challenge you in different ways. Enman is almost entirely wooded, with drives in the fairway imperative. The rough is trees and some bushes and if there's been any rain, it's soggy.
Bennett has elevation galore, nice views, very cool shots from in the woods to out of the woods, or from the field down a hill, through a gap, back into field type shots. Very fun. The rough is woods, or on a few holes very tall grass which can eat discs.
I like them both a lot.
