Star San Marino Roc

Post by Dennis Parslow »

Anyone else try this yet? I bought one yesterday at Jason's- the Newcomer's ball one, and I love it. I have used Super Rocs before and they feel similar but the one thing I like better about the Star is that they can hit a tree smack dead in the middle, and not fold like the Super Rocs did. I swear I can't ever get my Super Roc back to flat. The star seems much more durable and has good grip.

I know Prime has them too, I ordered an X-out yesterday.

I also picked up the R-Pro Ontario Rocs from the Newcomer's Ball, and they have great grip for the winter. I just wish I could get them in a color besides white so I could see them in the snow. If anyone knows where I can get an R-Pro with another color please let me know.

I saw they were coming out with the Star San Marino...i'm picking one up tonight. I throw the DX ones and love em, but glad they're coming out in a much more durable plastic.

Gonna give the Mako a shot as well...

Well, well. A disc with 0-Turn 0-Fade out of the box. Speed 4 Glide 5... interesting.

Probably gonna have to give it a try as well. And the Star Sanny, those sound nice.
