Instructional DVDs

Post by Rob Walker »

I am looking for some recommendations for instructional DVDs. I figure that it could be a good reminder to watch the night before a tournament. The only ones that I have really heard talked about are the Scott Stokley ones. It is $55 for the three DVDs, so I was hoping for some reviews first or maybe some thoughts on other videos.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

I have the Climo / Feldberg one and it's the best one I've seen so far. Better than the Stokley ones. There are also hundreds of videos and articles posted over on DGR.

The Stokley ones are garbage...don't waste your time or money. The Climo/Feldberg one is much better IMO.

i've only seen the climo/fledberg one. the "driving" and "putting" sections are the best parts. "disc selection", "rules", and the short "approach" section were just OK. overall i would recommend it. if you saw the recently posted feldberg putting clinic, the video too spends a good amount of time on push putting and spin putting.

if my throw is working, i never watch instructional videos before important rounds. it just starts messing with your head.

Thanks for the offer John, but I was really hoping to improve my game, not just have a good laugh.

Say it ain't so, Bobka.

I am hoping to learn more about rollers and add some D to my flick.

I know that my dad used to get fitness tapes and watch them in fast forward. He would break a sweat without leaving the couch.
