1) People who have questions about results, getting/not getting points at events (I know this will still be cross-posted in tournament central as well, but it doesnt hurt to have a new designated spot for it)
2) People can ask questions about how things currently work in the PS
3) People can offer constructive ideas about what may make the PS better in the future and act as a central place for polls to go where we can get feedback on ideas which are being proposed, either by members or by the board
4) We don't have enough separate forums here yet
5) It would be nice having one place to go to as well because we don't have to try and stuff all the ideas into a "these 7 things would be good improvements to the Points Series" thread... we can break out all the ideas into their own threads as discussion points.
