Just for the record I think there should be a vote on most subjects. I've already talked to some captains, but there's going to be a Captain/Commish only viewable section of the forum to vote and discuss the different ideas and suggestions that everyone has brought up. I'm a huge fan of Captains voting rather than individual, due to the fact not everyone comes on the board and I don't think one teams voting should skew the votes one way or the other.

I have a list of the things people have brought up and come August there will be talks with the captains to determine what the majority thinks is best for the league. Obviously it's impossible to please everyone, but I feel this is the best way to see what the league has to say.

Lastly, before this gets carried away. I'm obviously throwing my hat in the ring for the commish position, is there even anyone else interested in being commish? I'm fine with a vote if that's the case, although I'm not entirely sure captains only voting is best for this vote.

Duh ... this thread is so dumb. It's obvious that Todd runs the show now and runs it well ... nobody else has expressed an ounce of interest of taking it over from him - what gives?

I set-up the new "Captain's Only" topic area. Currently I only have Todd added to the list of people that can view/post there. Below is a list of the captains from last season. Post/PM me for any changes.

In the case where there is more than one captain, should they designate one as the decision maker? Teams should not get two votes because they have two captains.

Just thinking out loud.

Rob
How is this thread dumb? I know Todd will do a great job, just wondering if it is fare to pass something along.

Did you automatically get to be VP because you were buddies with old VP. Your correct Rob, letting the people vote is ridiculous

I think it's dumb because Todd's doing a kickass job and nobody else seems to want the job so who cares? If he was doing a bad job or if somebody wanted in then I could see your point.

Technically though, you are correct (after all, we still have to vote in elections when folks are going unopposed) so go ahead, hold your vote ... Todd wins. I just think it's a waste of time, that's all.

If there's someone else who wants the job though, let's hear it. You Joe?

I totally do not want to run for it at all.

Anyone else?
I'm sure Cheef or Dakai may want to.

I love when people express their thoughts and ideas, they are dumb on this discussion board. Why discuss then?
