Jeff - they can't do it without your authorization.

I heard they were changing the data plans, but you're grandfathered in if you have the "unlimited" plan.

I think i'm 19 mos into my current contract. I got my blackberry in Nov. 08.

If you dial *639# it will send you a text message letting you know your upgrade eligibility.

There's a video out there that shows it, but it was/is not a common problem, and any case you put on it takes care of the issue I guess...

have you tried using a flash-driven site on droid? I'm all for android and all but.... ugh, a pure flash site is a NIGHTMARE.
