NFFL - National Finger Football League

Post by Drew Smith »

There's a startup company making several table-top sports games that are played basically by "flicking" a small puck-like "ball". The big one right now is football. It's really fun to play at while watching football with friends, and anyone can play it. You can check it out at the NFFL web site. The football games are great for gifts or prizes/CTPs. They are $30 retail on the web site, but let me know if you are interested, and I can get discounts.

The company is promoting the game by recruiting people to a state-wide league. If you buy a game, then you are automatically on the roster (if you want). As a league member, you are qualified to participate in state tournaments, and eventually there will be regional and national tournaments. The goal is to have a $100,000 prize for the national winner.

Each state has a Commissioner. There is currently an open spot for Vermont - let me know if you are interested. You basically will coordinate tournaments and sit in on weekly calls with the CEO. There should be Facebook pages for each state - just search on NFFL.

New Hampshire is just getting the ball rolling - there are plenty of open roster spots. "The Draft" sports bar in Concord has bought into this, and they are having NFFL night every Wednesday with raffles and prizes. Here's their flyer.

The company also has a military gift program where you buy a game for $20 and they send a game overseas your personalized note. You can do this directly from their website: Military Gift

Thanks,
Drew
