I meant to post this earlier, but there's a NASA space pod headed to Bennett today -- shooting for a high Noon 1st tee.

9:30 sounds good.
Looks like we should pretty much have a full team.
One player may not be able to make the 2nd round and another is currently Questionable with injury, but should be OK by the 30th.
Farm status?

Re: NASA @ Maine -- October 30th, 2010
Hmm. It would definitely be fun to encourage costumes, but I don't think they should be required.
Here's an idea: How about anyone wearing a costume gets a Muligan (drive only) in the first round. Nobody will want to show up without a costume and yield a Muligan to their opponent -- but if you really have zero creative skills, OK -- no Mulligan for you.
Plus, a grand prize for the best costume(s) as voted by both teams? I will donate a case of beer and sweet disc to the prize package. I'm sure others will contribute as well.
What do others think? Game On?

I like. Creativity will definitely be tested as any costume restricting movement won't cut it.

Many thanks to the Farmers for hosting another fine event. Friendly folks, tasty food, beautiful weather and a great course. Home or away, the Maine challenge is always a highlight of our season.
Maine takes the win: 9-5 Singles, 8-6 Doubles, and 17-11 overall with many matches going to extra holes.
Good luck Maine! We hope to see ya again at Finals.
