Kisco Lost/Found

Post by Josh Polur »

Last post 11-29-04 on NEFA, Hmm.

You got to ask yourself, did someone clear-cut the Kisco course and nobody loses discs anymore or is someone hoarding them. Thankfully, Kisco has not been clear-cut.

Well here are a few that ended up in my possession:

Wht. Cheetah (147gm - yuck) - Supply name and ID tree abrasion.

Yellow (R?) Raven - 177 gm. - Blk Diamond challenge marking. Supply name and where black diamond is.

Shark (150 gm - yuck) - Supply color and type of shark (can't give it back that easily) or hole lost on.

#2 driver - supply color.

I will gladly donate these to a new player, if necessary, but would rather find their home.

Email for returns Jpolur@yahoo.com

Lost Valkrie

Post by Josh Polur »

I lost my light green champion valkrie on hole 16 at Mt. Kisco

My name is almost faded out, but I would love it back!

c.aamodt@eaglehill.org

Has anyone else found any others? I have a few that I can bring to Doubles on December 9th.

A few days ago I unearthed a Flying Eye Ace Run Cyclone on hole 8. Today a frequent discer unfamiliar with this website handed me a few he's found in hopes that they'll return to their owners.

-Yellow Dx Banshee (Ekap@hotmail.com) I'll send an email unless someone knows this person
-Peach Arch Angel (Tim Jiardini)
-Red Hydra (Jason Henry North Windham CT)
-Red Pro Firebird (D.Libby #28041)
-Red Star Wraith (Sean Healy)

and a Jpolur disc that I won't return unless he beats me in a 1 on 1 round. Truthfully Josh, you won't want it back.

The discs will be in my trunk and can be claimed at Kisco's Tuesday 5pm league or Wednesday's league at Cranbury pending traffic. If they go unclaimed for a while they'll be donated to Waveny Park for rec users.

A "Jpolur" disc. That sounds like one out of my signature series. I accept your challenge.

Found on Hole #2, November 1, 2009: green vest with logo. Tell me what the logo is, and I'm quite happy to mail it back to you or meet up.

Cheers,

DUDE - you're the man dustin!! I lost that eagle almost 3 years ago and definitely not a Kisco.... I'm so stoked that you found it! I'll hit you up with a nice dank bomber of beer for it's safe return. Shoot me a PM or call 917.513.2497 and let me know the easiest way to get it back.

Thanks!!

Lost a new crystal Z buzz on 14 today - left down in the grass or brush - way short of the basket. My name and # are on it. It is from the Jersey Jam, and the disc is so-stamped. Really would appreciate its return.

I enjoyed my first visit to Leonard Park. The Ice Bowl conditions were superb. Loved the fluffy new snow on top of the older snow. What a work out! I lost a Yellow Pro Boss with Celtic Knot Stamp on hole 11 (normally 12) center left of fairway short drive, an Ace Race 2010 mini around that part of the course, and somewhere on the front nine an ambidexterous wool glove covered with rubber pips. Name and number 518-365-3157 on the discs. Thanks!
I wonder if I'm in the wrong forum since I'm sure there were lots of discs lost at the Ice Bowl?

Thanks Josh, I hope to play in Fool's Fest. I will be playing at J Park in the Tuesday Dubs League (Starts Tuesday 3/15), and I'm usually there on Saturday, too. I have a replacement disc, so not urgent. See you at the Fool's Fest?

Depending on the weather and my work load, I may visit FDR on Monday 3/21 in the late afternoon. As the day approaches I'll post on the boards to try and get some others to join me.

No worries.

If at FDR for practice round, I have spot to put the disc.

If I am not at FDR Fools, I will give to TD.

I'll see JDB and/or Chris Martin prior, who might be Jpark area sooner.

or I can Ebay it. :cheese: (only cause I like that face)

So many options, so many options. We'll get it to you.

Found one with no ID on it. Doubt it is a beast but will check.

A few more were found by dog walkers but I have no idea what they were. Will let you know if it appears.

Josh,
I will not be at FDR tomorrow. I am playing in Tuesday evening dubz league at J Park. Or I can pick it up at Fools Fest, whatever is easier for you.

Kind of a wet day to be at FDR.

I will be at Kisco tomorrow at 5:00ish. Have disc in trunk along with a marker. Will bring to FDR fools or give to JPark folk.
