Re: Discarrier Caddy Pack
Is it really worth the $150 price tag? Seems like you could just buy both parts for like $75 and rig it up some how.

I use carabiners, a few zip ties, and a $15 stool from WalMart to attach to my Revolution Backpack. The weight is a little off balance, but it works, and didn't cost $150.

If they sold the straps/seat separately I would be interested as I have the bag already. Seems it should only cost about $115.

$115 is still too much. I use a discarrier and I think it msrp around $80 so the seat strap only combo should be ‹$100 imho. I would buy them after my quadshock go, but I don't think i'd run out to get them. Also I better not gain any weight at 225lbs I'm at the cusp of the 230lbs limit.

it doesn't look to comfortable...
sometimes, the nice thing about having a seat is putting your bag on it, not under it, when the fairway is mud, water or snow. if innova had umbrella straps on there bags they would have to figure another way to market this.

Re: Discarrier Caddy Pack
to anyone claiming this is "too much" at $150... keep in mind it's BAG, straps, and seat all in one. At Marshall Street prices, that $70 for a bag, $25 for the straps, and .... $55 for the stool? Sure it seems a little high. I guess factor in the convenience/portability of having the fancy new integrated system.....
It's still not THAT overpriced. Kenji, you really think if the bag costs $80 that the bag WITH straps AND seat should be under $100?
And greg, your revo backpack cost $150 before you added the stool to the mix already.

no i own a discarrier already. i think the straps and chair if sold without the bag should be <$100.

Re: Discarrier Caddy Pack
i'd agree if that were the case, for sure. if they sold JUST straps+stool I'd honestly put it around $60, no more than $80 _tops_. I don't think people would spend more than that when a pair of quads costs $40. but that's not what they're selling, it's "bag plus..."

Ya the Revo Backpack is $150 but it will last alot longer than the Innova bags will. I had 2 Innova Bags and they lasted 2 seasons each. Revo Backpack is in it's 4th year and going strong
