There will be $900 available, what do you guys want to do with it the most? All on food/beer, ctps, hot round bounties, birdie bounties or mix and match any/all of the above.
Let's hear some ideas.

Re: B Pool Money
Lunch should be a frigin banquet. Keg of good beer. The rest on ctp/birdie bounties.
But, keeping with the team aspect: pay the ctp/bounty to the team, not the person. They can do what they want with it.

Re: B Pool Money
If we are going to a place that we have to pay (MH = greens fees, Wick = parking) should we have that paid for so that we aren't paying to play for money? I don't know how that would work at Wick parking wise, but they have weddings so I bet there's a system where we estimate up front and then pay/get reimbursed a difference or they keep a tally of all the TC cars that get entry and then charge us during the day.
Lunch is going to be a nightmare. Either we buy a full spread that costs a ton and have a bunch of left overs (waste of money) or we don't have enough and have people still hungry even though they paid for it as well. I think BYOF is the easiest way to go.
The remainder should be 2 kegs of something nice (116 people will slaughter one keg), Ace Pot, Hot Round, Bounties, and something for the winner.

4/20/11, Ace #2, Devens - Hole 18. You just read that.

Re: B Pool Money
Nothing for the winner, monetarily.
If you're talking merch, or it's going to their home course, that's fine.
