Foosball

Post by Matt DeAngelis »

Anyone out in NEFA land play foosball? After playing it a few times at Mike Carrol's place, and then at Sandy's, I want to play more! Anyone have a good table (read Tornado) and wants to host a gathering? I'll bring the beers. I'll bring the beers.

The Saphouse at Maple Hill now features a fully operational Foosball Table! Come play Darts, poker, Foosball, chess, backgammon, cribbage, ping pong, and of course that Frolf game everyone has been talking about.

What kind of table is at the Saphouse? Is it the totally flat Tornado table, or is it the one with the banked sides?

Is it lefty or righty set up (lefty has the right hand controlling the goalie and vice versa)

Seriously, they offer different table setups (lefty/righty)?

Foosball is that intense, slash you just put the handles on the other side

When you do the lefty setup on one side, it makes the whole table lefty, correct?

The corners are banked and it is a righty setup. I challenge anyone. By invoking article 11 section 5 of the Saphouse rules of engagement I appoint Arron Ala as my champion to take my place and defend my honor. Seriously, I'd be impressed if anyone can beat him.

Sounds like a challenge has been thrown down. Will anyone be there Sunday? I may make the trip out there to play.
