Seems like there's two points of view on when the two teams should move up to the A pool.

1. Top two B Pool teams move up after the regular season to compete in the A Pool finals.

2. Top two B Pool teams move up the following year.

Since this only affects the B Pool, let's have them vote and let the majority decide.

Option number 2, because if I had it my way, only 4 teams would make finals in A pool anyway!
