Re: B Pool rosters
I'm confused by this.. 3 meaning an open door policy or....?
Because I'm in favor of a designated 16 person roster with 4 alternates who have also been identified... Goal being to field as close to a full team as you possibly can for each challenge...

Yes that's what I meant by 3. I thought Steve was labeling it as that.

Re: B Pool rosters
lets see if i read this right of what is being discussed
20 person roster
8 min
16 max
i like this idea to hopefully allow teams to be able to have more people play by making subs.
i am willing to try it out. if all else fails then we go back to how it was for the 2012-2013 season.
i know that team panthorn might not be able to get 20 for a roster....we are at 15 and trying to find a female for our 16th spot
but i like the idea of having subs (it takes care of people who have crazy work schedules, injuries, etc)

We would be cool with this as well as long as all 20 - 16 plus 4 subs were named - aka ... no open door policy.

Re: B Pool rosters
So then it looks as though Buff, WT, Crane, Thorns, and B2B all agree on the "hickson policy".
I'll call it that as it has no label yet. That's 5 of the 11 teams. So 1 more "hickson policy" vote seals the deal. All other teams please speak up.
It's getting close and we gotta know how many spots we gotta fill.

Re: B Pool rosters
I think Adam(Dam Team) wanted #3 also. His post was a bit diffuse but he sorta kinda voted for #3.
So can we start making roster moves?

Re: B Pool rosters
I change my vote if its called hickson anything.
I am confused by one thing - why is it being called choice # 3 - isn't choice #3 the open door policy - bring whoever you want?
That seems different than a roster of 20.
What am I missing?

That's why I named it the "Hickson policy" to eliminate confusion. Sounds good to me.

OK I reread everything - for lack of a better name - I like it.
- although the pete policy could work too - at least two captains would agree.

Sorry for jumping in on this so late, I just found this thread.
I'm in favor of 16 players +4 alternates. Thanks.

Sounds good to me. We might not be able to have 20. I will try to find more people. But I like the idea behind 16+4
