My Favorite disc for night golf
My Favorite disc for night golf
Thanks to the guys at Pure Flight, I'm set up a great disk for night golf: I use a mid-weight translucent Comet with a NiteIze flashflight Hole-in-One. The light was too bright out of the box and ruined my night vision. A quick solution was to cut out 2 small circles from a red balloon and to cover the bulb with the latex. Now the disc is easy to see but not so bright as to be overwhelming.
The Comet is pretty versatile. I give up some distance, but can use it as my one night disc, even for putting.

I like the coyote with a light attached. Very similar to the comet in sacrificing distance for accuracy especially with glow courses that are normally a bit shorter.
He grew so old, he decomposed

Re: My Favorite disc for night golf
I set up several discs with the Nite Ize hole-in-one light.
They work AWESOME!!!
Yep, BRIGHT. But do-able.
I put one in a glow buzzz. Great!!!
I put one in a WiZZard. Boom!!!
I put one in an XD. Perfect!!!
They all work great. The folks at Nite Ize are really super nice and offer great products that are durable and work great.
There is always the good ol' Fly By Night Owl's and Bat's. I've played my best glow disc using an Owl.
There are NO tree's in Glow Disc Golf

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.
