Another cool thing to do is get someone to video you driving. Then video someone that you want to emulate. Compare them side by side at different phases. I did this for my friend (I'm not the best driver, but can hold my own) - check it: driving

Nice!

That does a great job of showing the early release that is a fatal flaw in most peoples drives early on.

I've gotten and picked up a couple tips this off-season that have made a noticeable difference for me:

1. During your reach back, your body is not directly lined up with your target. Most likely you're at a 45 degree angle. If you reach back in line with your body, as you pull through, you will not release the disc on your intended flight line. Rather reach back slightly away from your body on a straight line to your target.

2. As you pull through, rather than pulling around your body, tuck the disc into the "pocket" between your arm, chest, and armpit. I've found that I'm pulling through cleaner and slightly faster.

3. As Todd said, reach back slow, and start your pull slow, but accelerate at the halfway point across your chest. Watch the Dion Arlyn video for this - he does a great job explaining it.

4. Last and hardest thing to implement - rotate on your heel at the release rather than on your toes. Watch Feldberg explain this in the newest DGM on youtube.
