Coyote actually...

The Coyote and Lycan have the rating: 4, 5, 0, 1

While the Mako has a 4, 5, 0, 0.

Coyote

The Coyote is a mid-range disc with good glide that flies predictably for straight, gentle turnover, or hyzer shots. It is an easy to throw disc with a friendly grip. A great choice for players using only one disc.

Lycan

A predictably straight flyer with a stable finish. Easy to grip rim feels great in the hand. Choose your line and attack it.

*Straight shots in the wind
*Long approaches
*Fading drives that won't skip

Why do we need another disc that is the same thing as something that is out there already. Come on Innova how about you focus on getting more consitent plastic so that a disc molded today is the same as the one you mold next year.

Came, saw, and felt Star Lycan at Marshall Street.

Didn't like it.

It reminds me of screwed up Glow Champ. Cobra or screwed up later runs of Star Mako with domey top.

Star Lycan is a Coyote with domey top. Its not flat-topped as I thought.

I haven't toss it yet.

agreed- or just doing what people want. like making runs of discs that people pine over- typically FLAT tops in DURABLE plastics.

I have a domey top Star Mako and absolutely hate it. Didn't realize it was messed up, that might explain why I don't like it.

If you can find the regular first run Star Mako (not the pricey STAR stamped one), then grab it!! Its flat topped. I got one for backups.
