Players in green have played three events as a team an are eligible for REG season trophies

edit..lots can change just put players realistically close to fullfilling the REG season portion of the series first

when I first submitted that post it was all lined up not the first time nefa forum has altered my line script after I posted...now when ya edit/preview its not at all how I first had it structured..a lil confused

question where is best place to create spreadsheet that can be viewed via a link or website?..if that makes sense

maybe that is best way to go until we can get it streamlined into nefa's spreadsheet

Question on the points: looks from the standings like a player has to play with the same player in all events to get points?

So if the player plays with different people in 3 events total, do they still qualify for finals and just have to find another qualified player, or are dubs teams basically set for the whole season now?

Edit: I found the other thread where you explain this (Today). Kinda wish I knew before I played and finished second in two events w different partners ( and would be pretty high up in rank if that actually counted for anything...) Oh wait, the ranking also doesn't count for anything anyway. Cool, carry on...

Yes you answered your question...

and yes rankings do count..just 1st for now until we can get this series totally popping...the deal was more players would play 1-2 events and/or with different partners cuz that is just reality right now until the series is established better..so put the emphasis on Finals as more people inevitable would end up competing at Finals against the other teams around NE then at the actual series events..so keeping any extra money from trophies for Finals and Utopia will be sponsoring Finals to some degree again this year...so a lil extra added swag.

also most attending finals would be the more dedicated to series players so that was a factor..when the mentality switches to people realizing we have a dubz series I venture to say more will establish season partners and go after the bragging rights of saying WE competed in the events offered via the only organized DUBZ series in the North East qualified and are the BEST TEAM in this Division in the North east..the best show up at Finals and hash it out..if anyone says differently then put in the work and come after the crown!

So tim you will have your chance to shine at Finals..and if ya get 2 more events in w/ one of those partners you would prob jump to number 1 spot...and get the trophy in that division..being CO Nefa Dubz AM Champ...not a bad one for the tag line to piss peeps off

This should be much better to visually display what I was trying to show...not much need for calculations right now as the divisional numbers of 3 played w/ same partner are small enough sample to just calculate myself..they are OBV..mostly going from strength of field and also giving credit to a win if it is in a field greater then 1

The Standing will be shaken up once more events go down and teams approach 2-3 events played together...

I will finish up some things on there soon and I am not inputting every teams place as it is not needed..teams who are competing should know where they are and what they need to do in regards to advancing in the standings...

I will have list of players with 2-3 events played soon for Finals preparation

on a side note Google Docs is awesome..

was able to link via yahoo email..so need for google account anymore
auto saves stuff
allows for multiple users to edit at once instantly while chatting and shows where they are editing at the time
auto updates to the web while editing/updating..heck allows ya to post to web link in first place with click of button

gotta say this will open some doors and solve some issues for me

updated some of the names for "events" played above...in preparation for Dubz Finals

my mind is spinning..I need a lil break

in meantime if ya see this post and know your events and name is not already on list please post ans I will verify..also once I finish if ya notice a mistake please post/pm

looking at the standings in preparation for update tonight at first glance looks like we have some close races brewing for REG season champs

can't wait for new website/database will be awesome

I will also transfer the list to spreadsheet and have it put in alphabetical order once 1st run through is done

top 3 teams in each division with 3 events played together will have reserved spot to finals as will some spots be held for certain divisions

get your events in peeps Finals is looking like it will have a good size player pool so spots will be limited as of right now the Event will only be open to 72 players so 36 teams! players with 3 events played get first invite as stated prior to start of season so 2 might not make the cut...heck I may have to figure out a way to make a 2nd CUT w/i the players with 3 events played

great job TD's and players this season..! My faith has been restored
