I just recently became a memer of the Mini Disc Golf Federation, its exactly what it sounds like, disc golf with minis and mini baskets, its a blast, curious if any one around Mass plays.

I bought my son the plastic one that Marshall St sells. We've had fun re-creating the Borderland layout in the house.
I know some people can throw those minis pretty far.

I have 1 portable mini basket that i move around the yard. And Donnie Brooks the guy who started it sells them, there galvanized so they dont rust, there also $250 a basket. Im thinking of looking into setting up a course somewhere, full 18.

I think he has two. JD never buys just one of anything.

Sounds like something that would go alongside a "mini-golf" place.
While the idea is kind of neat, why wouldn't you want to get a little more funding to install an actual DG course that would get a lot more use from the general public? $250/mini basket vs $350/real basket...$1800 difference + hardware.

Re: MDGF
I picked up a mini basket years ago from DTW. The top and basket are ultimate lids and the post and stand are 1" pvc pipe. Metal decorative chain grabs minis pretty good.
