I had the pleasure of seeing a prototype a few months ago and yes, it is very interesting! It is a nice take on the stool attached the bag concept.

It also only comes with a single shoulder strap. So you would have to spend a little more to add the dual shoulder strap.

looks pretty cool... but i wonder if the advantage of having a seat now and then is greater than having a higher-riding, more backpack style bag that is easier on the back.
