Offseason Roster Moves

Post by Steve Solbo »

I know we talked about this in the past... Bringing it back to the forefront b/c NASA basically will have a different team next year pulling from existing teams. Atleast 3-4next roster moves... fine by me... should there be a limit? If there isn't Burgess will look completely different for atleast a year. NASA, once the face of "equality" of the league... goes out picks up Marielle... Troy, Tserpes, and rumors of Mainstay... how much turnover should be allowed? Thoughts?

I'm not in favor of limiting roster moves in the off season.

Good luck getting this to fly, but I encourage this idea. It would limit poaching.

Lol. Losing Troy for a year... is not going to affect our status in the A pool, trust me, he didn't even score that well this year!

Also if your hinting at our C. Mass players leaving, lol. They've all already committed for next year... Just Sayin'

How big of area should a team be able to pull from ? How Captians like this?

I would say all team members should be within 30 miles of home course ? Maybe allow two or three players from outside the area . Aka ringers?

Joey, Heenan, Gary, Buttons, all are gonna be back, so I guess I won't be shocked, also, I plan on pulling from Central Mass... Don't be shocked, people don't want to play in the B pool.

I say if there is geografical restrictions, then it should be strict. 40 mile radius...no outsiders.

Won't stop poaching. Look how many courses there are in the Worcester/Central Mass area that are within 40 miles of each other!

Captain Lawrence and Cranbury could even be on the same team...

Only teams it would affect are Burgess and Nasa. Possibly Maine teams because everything is atleast 40 miles away as far as I know!

Yea it would be good for some and bad for others. I don't like seeing teams of people from all over. The idea I would like to see is we all rep r home courses... But it's not a perfect world

bahaha streeter.. I'd like to issue a sincere thank you for the preemptive apology hahaha...

Crane is A pool babyyy!!! But we're keeping it in tact.. Only a couple spots open for "ringers"

We'll probably be hard pressed to stay in A but the concept or at least our concept is to grow as a team.. We got a buncha up and comers and if we don't make the cut in A pool we'll be back the next year after another B pool run that's for sure..

One of those up and comers, actually one who wasn't on the team this year is a 13 year old who plays at the course constantly.. Kid is NASTY.. So sick to see young kids crushin it.. Literally this kid is Schusterick..

Burgess is down to 10 guys. Likely to stick with that number... be ready to play against a team 10 deep and be sitting players. Im VSVN bound... highly likely ill be in that region soon residence wise.
