First time I meet Arty, this summer, I see him strip down to his boxers and jump in our pond on hole #5 and swim out to get a floater like a golden retriever, which put a laugh on my face that lasted for 45 minutes. I immediately learned that you DG'ers are both passionate and nuts. Thanks for that moment Arty.

haha, I too was there to witness that incredibly brave plunge into the mudhole and Gagz totally called it before it happened...he leaned over to me in the golf cart and said "hey, if that's Arty's valk(?), he's goin in to get it, just watch"...and sure enough, seconds later, he took the plunge into the pond.

Without getting too personal let’s just say it has been an incredibly difficult year for me and the news I have learned week has probably hit me the hardest.
