The p4 is a copy of a gateway magic.
The new 300 series plastic is a firm, nice feeling dx type plastic.
We have the putters in our shop at Maple Hill in this 300 series plastic. People are liking it.

To remedy the tacky or sticky feel of a disc, buy a BIRDIE BAG and use it. This should help keep your hands drier and in turn offer a cleaner release of the disc.

The fairway drivers ought to be at Maple Hill by Tuesday. They are new and we are anxiously awaiting their arrival.

Thanks Dave. The Birdie Bag sounds like a great idea. I'll have to pick one up next time I come out to Maple Hill. I'm interested to hear about the Prodigy fairway drivers too. I'm looking to pick up a new Eagle at some point, or maybe the F2 if that seems to be a similar stability as the Eagle...

How about those F1, F2, F3 and F7drivers.

We got em at Maple Hill and tomorrow I figure them out.
They appear to be:
1. Meat hook
2. Eagle X looking
3. TL
7. FD from discmania I believe.

We'll see.

Anyone know a site that has profile pics of the prodigy discs? I'm interested in the mids and fairway drivers since I've got some D1's and D4's in the bag now. I know I like the M4 but I'm confused on which disc the M2 and M3 are cuzzz I know they changed the name or flipped those two between the proto run and the production.

The M3 from the spring time is now being sold as the M2.
It is quite stable. More stable than a crispy new kc roc. Not a Hornet but a smidge more than a wasp.
The current M3 feels like a roc in my hand. How it flies I'm not sure yet.
The M4 is a flat top, very controllable disc. I throw it just like my flat top dx rocs. It will hold a straight line forever or flip up and turn very reliably. One of the most versatile mid range discs we sell. I thought it was a lot like a Buzz SS, but its different enough to tell the difference.

After trying the F1, F2 and F3 I realized they are pretty darn stable.
It could be partly due to the flashing on the bottom of the rim. It could be that I throw like a meow. What ever it is, they certainly offered different flight paths with a very similar feel in the hand.
F1 was a stable Firebird. Not quite a Z Extreme, but a real stable disc. Maybe a little more stable than the firebird.
F2 was more stable than any Eagle I own. Felt great in the hand. Could handle a good controlled flick and will fight a headwind consistently.
F3 (my favorite) was like the Eagles (X model not L) I throw. Great in hand, just like the F1 and F2, it just seem to glide nice and offer that predictable flight path I like for throwing hard through the woods. I guess I would say its like a crispy new 11x teebird or a worn in Eagle.

The one I didn't try was the F7. I have many amazing Leopards and it will be tough to sway me from them. The F7 is supposed to be less stable for turnover shots and hyzer flips. I'll know by tomorrow.

I guess it's safe to say the two discs that could earn a spot in my bag would be the M4 and the F3. They are very similar to discs I am currently throwing.

One thing is for certain: their plastic has unrivaled grip and feel.
The 400 and 400G series plastics are much nicer than what Innova or Discraft has offered.
The 300 series plastic has a feel of DX plastic crossed with the older Pro plastic. Nice stuff.

The putters are real good too.

i was disappointed in their putter molds- maybe they fly nice, but none of them have a true bead and didn't fit comfortably in the hand. but that 300 plastic is just as good as you'd imagine from prodigy- that seems to be their MO: having great feeling plastic.

i picked up a handful of prodigy discs the other day and the only one i threw extensively was the F7. i already have more Leopards than i can count so this will probably be my first and last F7, but i wanted to see how flippy it was. I don't know why they jumped to "7" with this disc. On a level throw, with controlled power, it just starts to turn a bit and then fades left (RHBH). It definitely turns if you want it to, you don't have to muscle it- but in the 10-12 throws i had at Pyrimids off the tees, it only truly finished right on one... and that was when i threw it much harder and accidentally had an anny release.

when i hyzer flipped it, the "flip" was slow- which i liked. it doesn't just pop up and ride, it makes it's way up and covers some ground while flipping up. i liked the distance it got on these throws.
