MA drivers are far superior to others. The reason there are so many accidents is because idiots from other states who dont know how to properly drive come here and cause accidents.
The car IN the rotary have the right of way ya foreign jerks!
Apparently all them Mormons in Utah need their porn fix.
...and WTF Washington State?! Really?

Map seems pretty random...I'd put tornadoes in Oklahoma or Nebraska, not Minnesota. Why wouldnt you put "rednecks" for W. Virginia? ..heart attack seems odd.
As for drivers, MA is one of the worst. Nobody uses turn signals...apparently its a sign of weakness in this state. Also, more drivers cut you off in MA than any other state and they're all local. Driving is like a competitive sport here, which can be fun, but can also breed a lot of road rage
I grew up in Boston area and I was taught to drive aggressively but safe in the city.
Living in VT, I was taught to be laid back and wave people to pass or let them cut in front of me in order to keep the traffic flowing. All good and friendly. It took the stress (road rage) out of me big time!!
When I'm visiting Boston, the drivers cuts me off impolitely, I just point my finger at the driver's rearview mirror and shaking my finger "no, no, no, don't do that". I got middle fingers from them instead. Geezz...not even "Sorry!!!" from them at all.

Click the link that goes with it. All of the justification is there.
The sources all seem based on random stats. Some are based on population, some on percentage of occurrences, and some based on other randomly selected stats. Not a very consistent source of info.

I don't think the point of it was to conduct a scientifically unbiased study but rather to use some random stats to make a funny poke at each state.
Not using blinkers doesn't concern me as much as not yielding. No one yields. I've had drivers come off rotaries as well as on just plowing through with no thought whatsoever.
I try to sneak right up on them and just smile. They have absolutely no clue.
Just another old TullyRockStar livin' the dream...
