Keeping in mind that sunrise on December 7th is at 7 a.m. and sunset is at 4:12
we must try to stick to the following schedule,and I ask that players be ready to go for the 2nd round we will be taking food orders from Lake Pizza, and they do offer a full menu!

I know is a ways away, but do you know what you will use for a payout structure? And what the expenses might be? Those are my main questions. I've got some people interested in being my partner (believe it or not) and I'd like to commit.

Then commit and don't worry about the rest.
If you are worried or concerned your entry fee will not be applied properly to the payout or that the expenses were not appropriate, then don't commit.
Let the TD run his tournament and either play the event, or don't.
It's simple.

You'll be glad you did play, I'm sure of that....

My answer to your question is $10 off the top for each Pro team and $15 from Am Dow to Rec for expenses. The rest to payouts.My expenses would be trophy discs and any incidentals I may need for the tournament. Anything else?

The event on Jan 1st this year only paid out only the top 3-4 teams. Will you be using a more standard payout grid like top 40%?
