Tournament Evaluation
In an effort to improve the point series, we are encouraging players to use our new tournament evaluation form. After attending a NEFA tournament, we ask that you complete the form and give feedback to NEFA and the tournament director regarding the event. Please consider taking part in this survey, as the only way we can improve our events and enhance our membership, is by hearing from the membership.
A few guidelines to follow when submitting this form:
* Please only fill the form out if you attended the event. NEFA volunteers will be reviewing these submissions to confirm that you were at the event.
* Please include your first and last name on the form and your NEFA number as well.
* Please provide honest feedback. This information will be shared with the tournament director (submitter information will be removed prior to showing the TD the results).
As an added incentive to filling out the evaluation form, all submissions made by current NEFA members will have their name entered into a drawing for some disc golf swag (TBD). The drawing will take place at the end of season banquet.

Re: Tournament Evaluation
Are you getting a lot of these back? Every time I try to fill one out I run out of space with the 500 character limit. Cheking off radio buttons to questions doesn't give a full picture. It's nice to expain the reasons you select certain answers and 500 charters isn't enough.

Re: Tournament Evaluation
There have been over 150 responses. Considering the number of people playing in the events, and the number of events, it's a little disappointing. If this continues for next year, I'm sure that more people will be in.
Remember, we will be picking a random winner from all the submissions to be awarded some disc golf swag (probably either a gold membership or a free 2013 NEFA membership).

I don't recall who the winners were but Matt did pull names from a hat at the nefa banquet.

Re: Tournament Evaluation
Forgot to post them here! We had the drawing at the banquet. I had just contacted the winners directly. Bill Bertera won the NEFA gold membership and Troy Dietrich won a 2013 membership.

Yeah! Thanks Matt! Great job pulling names out! I just got my 2013 Crafty NEFA scorecard/membership tag in the mail.

Re: Tournament Evaluation
Matt, I realize you are busier than the championship trophy duster at Yankee Stadium, but any feedback going to be available to TD's from the evaluation forms? I want to patch any holes as I get set to launch the USS EMC for our May 4th voyage.....

Re: Tournament Evaluation
Is this going to be continued this year?
I'd also be interested to read any feedback directed at my events.Bill Stewart wrote:Matt, I realize you are busier than the championship trophy duster at Yankee Stadium, but any feedback going to be available to TD's from the evaluation forms?
