page park in bristol ct:
course is in great condition
6-8" of snow off the main fairways but otherwise all tees are clear
lots of recent use has left well worn paths from tees to baskets and between holes

I can't get out the door to check the conditions.

The snow is up to the window sills.

With all of the snow on the ground, I though that a little history lesson might cheer us up.

This is hole 16, in 2011. Bad conditions that year. Much better now

Here is Andrew breaking the snow record in 2011 at the ice bowl

This was hole 15 in 2005, ya...its gone...way worse conditions that year.

So we got some snow today, this too shall pass.

The Ace at Lufbery Park in Wallingford:

Aside from some sloppy tee boxes the course is certainly playing well.

10 and 11 are holding a couple of inches. I snuck in 9 yesterday in low top hikers without issue.

Random Dubs tomorrow at 10.

Just got back from sledding w/kids at Barre; some die hards were out discing.

Tees are in good shape, wet sloppy snow everywhere, still some ice in shady areas.

Another week or two and snow will (???) be gone but.....

the flooding will begin.

Walked Otter Brook today, snow is hard and crusty, pretty icy still, playable but I'd recommend crampons, those hills can be dangerous, some day there will be stairs.
I'd be a lot better if those trees didn't get in the way.

Tully:
Teepads are in great condition, the fairways are incredibly icy in a lot of areas, can ice skate the course if you wanted. Just need to be cautious with walking if you dont have spikes.

Flatrock:
Good condition - some teepads were icy but overall good condition, not too much snow out there.

My guess in another week or so both courses will be melted and quite enjoyable.

Ninigret in RI is real nice right now, no snow at all. Not to mention, no teeth either -- briars, bugs, poison ivy, impenetrable rough -- all dormant and tame right now. I played Sunday, had a nice time.

Borderland is a mess. Wet slushy snow all over the course. Tees are icy and virtually unplayable! Stay away!!!

Flooding on 1 and 27.... Large casual pond on 20. Otherwise it's good.

CPS is still a bit icy/muddy. May need a week or so to dry.

As of yesterday hole 2 had drained off. 1 and 2 were pretty muddy but the rest of the course is fine.

Maple is getting much better. Only a couple holes with mushy spots.
Hole 18 is pretty mushy all over, kinda like my head.

Walked otter brook today, very playable, some minor snow-mush in spots but nothing major.
