I'll be there in the morning to help out. I learned how to volunteer from the big man himself. Every tournament ever run at wick you would see Buc running around helping out and keeping a smile on everyone's face.

Don't forget it is also free comic book day and people should head down to a heros legacy after the tournament.

looking forward to my first rounds at Wick. When you say "830 - Gates open" is that a metaphorical Gates to open the tournament, or are there physical gates that would prevent my entrance earlier than 830? Will it be clear which way to go/park once inside?

Heading up to the course early this afternoon to mark ob's.............we will be testing out a new rec tee on hole one,
as there have been some problems with peeps who probably shouldn't be throwing off of the standard tee - discs in large
numbers have been going into the guys yard at the right corner

Also I'm just curious, how are discs getting into the persons yard? I'd think that if someone didn't have the arm to get over the OB that they wouldn't be able to get it to the house at the bottom of the hill.

wwweeellllll.....discs are getting into the dude's yard, which is NOT at the bottom of the hill

those less experienced can occasionally throw very errant shots, and wind can be a factor ass swell

for those curious: the new rec tee will be permanently installed either before or after the spot where
the cross country trail hits the left side of the road below the standard tee
