Devens Lost and Found 2013

I saw a thread from last year but not for this year for Devens.

Please let me know if this thread already exists.

I found a 10th anniversary Buzz belonging to Jeff Lingenfelter. I sent him a PM but I'm not sure if he comes on here often. So if you know Jeff, let him know I have his Buzz and it is safe. I think we are both playing the Newton Hill Open so that will be my first option to return it.

More importantly, I lost a reddish purple ESP Force on 18 at Devens. I blasted it to the drop off, it turned right just as it reached the opening and we never saw it again. It may have hit a tree and kicked or flown all the way down, I have no clue. If you find it, be a doll and give my number a call.

That being said, I recognize that while 18 is 400+ feet, a long distance driver may not have been the best choice. There is a first time for everything I guess.

just lost my red Road Runner on 18. didn't feel like it should have been lost. flipped it up over the hill, turning right, sounded like it hit some trees on the right side of the fairway. but no sign of it. Labelled: RB, with my phone #.

Lost my Yellow Beat in stalker to the right of the fairway on hole 18 on monday, has my old number on it. hopefully its not gone

First time ever throwing my brand new Yellow (Gold Line) River at the Deven's Dubz tourney and got it stuck in a tree. Next round, big surprise, it was no longer in the tree. No call. So if anyone spots someone with a yeller disc with my name on it punch them in the kneecaps and liberate it from them.

The Devens L&F is being held at Devens Pizza on Main Street in Ayer. This is behind Hole 12 on the Hill and Hole 11 on the General. Next to where Killer B had their store. To get there, leave the course via Antietam Street. Make a right at the Parker School and a right on Main Street. Store is on the right. Tell Billy you have a disc in L&F and thank him for holding them by patronizing his store. You can also donate to the course to say thanks.

I'll post a final list of what is currently in the lost and found ASAP and I will try to get the discs to Devens Pizza by Sunday.

Once the discs are dropped off at Bills, I won't be keeping track of the list any longer.

I had not planned on keeping the list as I envision multiple people bringing discs to the Pizza place. If I take the discs to Devens Pizza I will call the #s to let them know.

We need to decide what to do with discs older than 90 days. They may be donated or sold to raise money for the course, so make sure to pick them up promptly.

FYI - Hawks Nest Disc Golf will be keeping track of the Devens Lost and Found going forward.

A lot of the discs in the old lost and found have been donated to local organizations.

Hi Luke (or anyone else who may see this post) just wondering if anyone by any chance turned in a Champion Red Valkyrie that I lost over the winter while playing a round with Ken Gary on the General. It was hidden somewhere in the snow about 2/3 down - just off fairway - left side on hole 7 I believe.

Found a small black disc on hole 17 of the general on Thursday. Left it at the Hawksnest.
