Teebirds....vs Saints

Post by Nick_Novia »

I think, even though I have never thrown a Teebird, and I just bought an 11X KC TBird to try...that the a Lat 64 is all over a Tbird.....faster, more glide...farther, and easier to throw....comments? If you have experience with both, then weigh in. Don't comment of you're just guessin'!

I think he's saying that Latitude 64 has outdone Innova in the fairway driver department and the Saint is better than the Teebird, which is blasphemous!

I'd be more than happy to buy that Teebird off of you if you like the Saint better.

discs like the Teebird and Roc and Buzzz are way too established to ever become outdone by anything
if someone says a disc is better, they have to qualify it
"It's a longer Teebird."
-except Teebird throwers don't want longer, they have distance drivers for that
"It's a faster Roc"
-same idea, and there's probably a Roc in a Roc-lovers bag that is already a "longer Roc"

i found that the Saint was faster and longer than my Teebirds, and was more similar to my Wraith in the results
it flew great, but never found a spot in my bag
i've gone back to a TL anyway which gets just as much distance for me as the Saint- i just have to throw it on a slight hyzer

Saint ain't no teebird.

11x Cal mold 171g pumpsauce teebirds are among the best discs ever produced.

Saint ain't no teebird.
Flies different than teebird. Faster.

The nerve of some people! Comparing a Saint to the Teebird.

I have thrown both, and have both in my bag. I use the Saint for Big Anny's like Hole 9 @ Tully and 8 @ Barre.

Teebird is a beautiful fairway driver i will use for straight shots that I cant reach with my roc3.

Not even comparable discs really.

Novia...are you trying to get people upset? Teebird is iconic and cant be beat. You can have a disc that can complement it (longer, shorter, more fade, less fade...etc) Teebirds and buzzzs are the most verstile discs on the market in my opinion. You can make those discs do anything you would like based on the angle you throw them

Uh oh...I'm also thinking the M line of Prodigy is the disc that can equal the Buzzz or Roc. Flame on....

I am guessing "thunder pigeon" is a reference to the teebird. Just gonna get confusing with a different "longer teebird" being released by innova that is actually called the thunderbird.

No, Just having some fun. But based on what I've read about the Thunderbird, It seems that there are already plenty of discs that have similar characteristics.
