Patrick,

Nope, I already asked him about those. I have a couple of discs with them too.

BTW...here's a tip. Those things are incredibly bright...too bright and kill your night vision. To fix that, cut out a about a square centimeter of a balloon (ideally red) and put it over the led before you snap it together. I tried a few ways of toning it down and that's the best.

Just a heads up...taping LEDs to PDGA approved discs IS allowed per the blanket waiver announced here. The catch is they aren't legal until after sunset (5:43pm in Athol on 11/1). So if you are taping up your LEDs at home the night before the tournament, you can't use the LED discs in round 1. But if you want to tape up every disc in your bag between rounds, you can use the same discs in both rounds.

It's a cool idea. I played a tournament with a similar format years ago in Kentucky. Lots of fun. Was hoping to play in this one, but with this format it doesn't work for me. Running a C-tier of my own up here on Sunday makes playing down there until 9 or 10pm impractical. Oh well. Maybe next year.

Would have been nice to have you. I will also have lots of tape for lights as well.

I'm still on the fence on this and still very interested!! Hope I'm available on that day. If I do, then I'll play MM1 or AM1.

I checked the reg. and there's option for "Additional Flight Lights" for $3 each.

What was it? Is there photo of it?

Thanks.

This is best pic I could find online (quickly).

For $3.00 you'd just be getting 1 light though, not a 3-pack.

You just tape them to your disc with clear packing tape. Just make sure and use Z / Champ / opto plastic so you can easily see the light through it.

Potential for the first snow bowl of the year haha
I'm like the Lebron James of disc golf...except for, you know, that whole being a giant douche thing.

Nice, I'm still looking forward to this tomorrow...whatever the weather. Might have you move me to AM Master though, since that seems to be where all the action is.

Thanks for hosting this event. The course was lit up nicely. The brave few that showed up and stuck it out had a great time.

Yep, really great job lighting up the course Trent...even went with glow balloons like they've had at hunts the last few years, which are awesome.

Shame the weather wasn't a little more cooperative, but I still had a great time.
