Entry Fees:
-Pro Men/Women $40
-All Ams $30

A portion of the entry fee for all divisions will be donated to the Franklin Food Pantry. Food donations will also be accepted at the event.

Payouts:
-30% in each division paid out
-Pros get cash
-Ams get Pure Flight funny money

Player's Pack:
-All Ams will get their choice of one premium plastic disc and one koozie during check-in.
-Discs: Latitude 64 Saint & Claymore, Westside World & Giant, Dynamic Discs Judge, Truth, & Felon

Layouts:
-Pro Men play Blues (Green Tees) in 2nd round
-Am1 and Pro Women play Blue (Green)/White (Red) mix 1st Round, Blues (Greens) 2nd Round
-Am2 and Am Women play Whites (Red) 1st Round, Blue/White 2nd Round
-Age protected divisions will be offered with 5 or more eligible entrants

Times:
-Registration/Check in at 8:15am
-Player's Meeting at 8:40am
-Shotgun start at 9:00am

Ace Pot: $3 Day-Of
Hole Sponsorship: $5 during registration gets you recognition at the player's meeting, a sign at the tee pad, and your choice of starting hole!

Lunch orders will be taken in the morning by Table Top Pizza in Franklin.

Your participation in this event will gain you raffle entries for a basket drawing at the end of the Dacey Tournament Series that will consist of five events from March to September. The more Dacey tournaments you come to, the higher your chances are to win a basket. 1 Entry into a tournament is equivalent to 10 Raffle Tickets.

This will be one of two Dacey tournaments that will be entirely unsanctioned. While I cannot say what the conditions will be this far out in advance, I can guarantee a good time and a challenging round.

I will be doing some work on the course starting next week to prepare for the tournament. The parking lot, although currently a mess, should be much better off come a couple of weeks of relative sunshine. I will try and send out an e-mail notice to all those who sign up if we need to figure out an alternative parking method.

Big thanks to Dynamic Discs for sending along a sponsorship package to go along with the event. 2 t-shirts, 2 hats, a Hot Round and CTP disc, koozies for everyone, and a Dynamic Discs Soldier bag with backpack straps are being sent with the 73 discs I ordered for the tournament. I'll be posting pictures as soon as I get all of it, UPS says Monday but they're already in Chelmsford.

Still waiting on a work schedule for the week, but if it's 25 degrees or above, I will more than likely be out there. According to current forecasts, Sunday through Tuesday looks favorable. Wednesday is more snow...

I want to sincerely thank everyone involved in helping out, attending, and being a part of the action today. Big ups to Randy Ahern who swung by with a bum knee to count scorecards, Mike Hladik for furnishing bag tags and with the EZ-Up tents and table, and Table Top pizza who stepped up big time and got everyone's lunch order done in an hour's time. Lastly, huge thanks to Pure Flight and Pete Charron for providing the Am Payouts and assisting me along the way with TDing this event.

There are many more folks I'd like to thank, but they are nearly endless to list and all can't be reached here. You know who you are.

We raised over $400 for the Franklin Food Pantry. Since no one hit the Ace Pot, I will be doing a 50/50 split plus a match to donate to the Food Pantry, bringing us at almost $500. $3 of all discs sales from today will also go to the food pantry and although I don't have those numbers, I am so happy we will be donating this much.

I look forward to seeing everyone at our next scheduled event, a Vibram Birdie Bash for April 26th. We have more in the making and a lot more to provide our disc golf community!

Note: The short layout was not necessarily the white tees and the long layout was not necessarily blues. The stroke scores are correct, but the par scores are not. Adjusting for the conditions and the length of the "long" layout, I would estimate the second round layout for Pros to be Par 59 with Par 4's being Hole 3, Hole 10, Hole 12, Hole 15and Hole 18. Based on the conditions of the tee areas Mike Hladik and I found, we made the determination to either use the blue tee or the white tee, or a new area off a path.

Free raffle entries went to all who attended. 10 each to be exact.

Each time someone registers for a Dacey tournament they will be entered a certain numbers of times. For fundraiser events like the Birdie Bash or Trilogy Challenge, we will do five entries and for others like PDGA or NEFA we will do ten. The Nice Bowl was ten for added incentive. I assign a series of tickets numbers for each player as they register whether they attend or not. Refunded participants do not count. I will be using a random number generator based not the limits on the tickets, from 0 until however far the list goes. At the end of the year tournament to be held sometime in October to determine the winners.

We're hoping to have at least five raffle-able items including a basket.

I have only one in my possession now, a Dynamic Discs Soldier bag with a few discs from the Nice Bowl, but as the season and series progress, I will be gaining more!

I plan on making these "tickets" available for purchase as soon as I get another spreadsheet together.
