Quick Pebble Beach question that happened to me : suppose I go OB from the teebox, then proceed to drop zone. My shot from DZ skips off an in-bounds rock and lands OB. Do I shot with penalty from the rock, or return to DZ?

We are declaring that any OB shot off the tee or Drop Zone, will go back to the Drop Zone.

We've just made it considerably easier. New improved tee box, many trees and limbs cleared, LZ has been cleared of brush and you can always throw it long (to the lodge) and take a three. The White tee has had several major changes also. We were able to remove the large "blocking" branches and clear a nice hyzer route for the brave. Anything thrown into the woods to the left of the road will be a free lift, hopefully encouraging everyone to clear the water and find firm ground.

The plan is to have everyone except recreational and intermediate women throw from the "blue" tee. Those two div will from drop zone location.
