Re: Work day at maple hill THIS SATURDAY
Saturday we had quite a turnout!
I was trying to get there for 6am but never got there till almost quarter till 7.
When I got there, three people were already out on the course, busting their asses getting stuff done.
Rob Durant, Dave Campbell and Tim Carter were there before I was (Rob said he was there at 6am
).
By the time ten o'clock rolled around, the amount of stuff completed on the course was amazing.
We had several other show up to get stuff done, including:
Mike Polenski
Vin Steele
Paul Fleming
Matt Sroka
Dave Hoey
Bridget Bohnson
Robert Whipple and his two sons
Cody Berman and his three buddies Itchy, Scratchy and Weezy.
These people all did amazing work. They buffed that course to perfection.
Holes 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 16 got serious attention. Picking up dead, loose debris, sticks and stuff made the look very polished.
When I saw holes 10 and 16 it was so strikingly beautiful I could hardly believe my eyes.
A HUGE THANK YOU to all who came out yesterday to get things done. The difference y'all made was tremendous and I can't thank you enough
I owe Hoey and Bridget lunch as I didn't order enough for everyone.

I don't need lunch. I will however snag a pint of Tree House from you at some point!
