Friday 8/28/15
RFG Night Vision on the Range
Nefa Points Glow Event
45 Player MAX All NEFA divisions offered
2 Rounds of 9 x 2 Temp holes on lower portion of property-(traversing will be very non strenuous)
6-7pm sign in & BAR
7:15pm start
BREAK after 18 holes of play for 20 Minutes
18 more holes
Awards by Fire or Bar

ALL divisions $15
$2 Ace Pot included in entry (No ACE CTP throw-off hole 1 of temp course split two closest throws)
$1 Nefa Sanctioning FEE included in entry

* Zero Greens fee
*ALL AM divisions will be competing for CASH CTP's with any funds remaining after expenses
*CASH payouts to ALL PRO Divisions

Other Activities for Friday
Camping is encouraged $5 fee to club in support for the DG course portion of property
1 central fire will be allowed for camping wood will be provided
Bar will be open Friday Night 3pm-Awards
Poker in club as per usual Friday night all are welcomed to play
1pm $5 Random dubz on front nine of course and 9 lower temp holes
3:30pm-6pm $5 Random Draw Horse shoes
The shooting Range will be closed starting Friday @ 8am to Monday 8am

8:30-9am Player Check IN
9-9:15 Players Meeting Mando
9:15-930 transit to holes further holes will be trucked/4wheeler to/from via access road
930am True SHOT GUN Start
LUNCH Chicken BBQ on open fire pit $10
2nd round 1 hour following last cards arrival
Playoffs will be settled on holes 1-3,2-practice basket repeated

Entry Fee
ALL AM Divisions
$6 ($5 greens fee & $1 NEFA Sanctioning Fee)
$5 optional add on encouraged includes trophy fee, ace pot, cash ctps within division

Trophies for divisions higher then 10 players by 8/16/15
If player wins division and opted out of add on fee trophy will default to lowest scoring player who paid add on

ALL PRO divisions
$25

Cash payout after expenses $5 greens fee, $1 Nefa Sanctioning fee, $1 Ace Pot

For All divisions
If no ACE CTP throw off shortened hole 1 (split two closest throws)
No refunds after 8/26/15 entry fee will be donated to division
Paid waitlist only
Chicken BBQ on open pit will be available $10 fee and offered as option during REG, please pre order!

Camping with be allowed Saturday as well for $5 dollar fee to support disc golf portion of club
Barre Falls Open event Sunday 8/30 just down the street this could be epic weekend

ONLINE REG will open by 6/22 and I will give notice before it goes live

working out a few details, getting my paypal reactivated to current bank account

leaning towards low low entry fees

final details will be ironed out this sunday 6/14 at RFG members monthly meeting

chicken BBQ tickets will be $10 for Saturdays event and is well worth the $$$

edit
also an early heads up Saturdays event will have a $5 greens fee per person as this course has literally seen zero return on investment thus far and the course needs to generate some $$$ for further course improvements

Just arrived home from RFG monthly meeting

All details are confirmed

The camping area will be near pond(area will be flagged off) and have a 75 gallon drum for fire
There will be a redneck beer cart day of event driving to a few spots on course for beer purchase
Bar will be open at 3-4 pm till last call on Friday
Poker inside club Friday Night for any not playing in Glow event but desires to come early camp(they usually have a big crowd open to public)
Bar will be open 9am on Saturday until awards
Tee materials are being staged and processed now until event we hope to have a good chunk of the sketchy tee areas much more playable
The wood for tee frames are being milled from trees on site
The tees will just be sub-base and stone dust

I will be camping on site from Thursday night until Sunday AM
We have some fun relaxed events planned for Friday day see above in first post for activity and time listing
So come early set up your site and have a great chill weekend!

There is a general store less then two miles away for any supplies you made need

I think I've convinced my fiancé to play in the glow event and camp out for the night
Would it be possible for her and I to play on the same card for glow both rounds? I'm likely to play in a division that isn't too full (MPO / AM1) so it looked like there would be a mixed card somewhere.
Just want to confirm/deny before I lock in our plans
