Coggshall work day October 3

Post by Jeff Cooper »

Coggshall park will be having a work day October 3rd from 9am to 3pm. We are looking to get as many bodies as possible for this one. We will be renting equipment and will also have food and drink on hand.

Hole 9 is where we will be concentrating our efforts. If anyone has played at Coggs you know that hole 9 needs some love in a big way. We will need chainsaws(will rent if needed but if you have one we can rent something else) and people to move the fallen trees once they drop.

If you haven't played Coggshall come check it out, it gets better all the time. We have 7 brick tee pads, holes 2,3,5,6,10,11, and 12 with holes 1 and 13 soon to be done. A lot of cleanup has been done, next tee signs etc.

Thanks
~Jeff

If I'm not at a TC challenge, I'll be there. I've spoken to Trent a lot about that hole, including moving the tee forward about 40'-60'
If I'm there, I'll have my saw, two fresh chains and the hunkering to change that hole 9 for the MUCH better.
