I hope that 2015's NEDGC's lack of attendance is not viewed as a reaction to the format change. The major reason for "declines" is the Green Mountain Championship. 284 players are playing the GMDGC, the majority live in the Northeast. It's unrealistic for most players to travel to VT back to back weekends to compete. Especially with the demanding travel time and GMDGC time commitment. Hopefully next year we plan accordingly. I know that most of us from NY/NJ were planning on playing the NEDGC until it was scheduled the week following the Green Mountain A Tier.

There's about 20 AM spots left. Tomorrow night we'll open up large set of invites to fill those. So, if there are 15 left by then, we'll probably open up another 25. At that point, since we'll be over-sold (we won't be revoking any invites), it will be first-come-first-serve on those spots. Want to get the reg-list filled by the end of the weekend, so I'm not going to dick around by adding 1 or 2 spots at a time, but want to give the initial invites time to register. Got about 4-5 people that have committed but not registered yet, so make sure to do that today if you haven't.

Probably around 9-10pm on Friday, I'll update the list and post on forum and FB. We'll continue to add single invites until then as people decline.
