Two rounds of singles - stroke play, 90 golfers max
8-9am – Player check-in
9:10am - Players meeting
9:30am - Shotgun start

Entry Fees:
* $60 Pros - Open, Women, Masters, Grandmasters
* $35 All AMs
* $3 Ace Pot available during registration.
* $10 Box Lunch (pre-orders are available for online registration.)
* $5 of every entry fee will be donated to the Coggshall DGC course fund.

Donations of any size are appreciated to assist with the cost of trophies and various small expenses. Any help will make the payouts larger. CTP Prize donations are also welcome

Hole Sponsorships:
* We are looking for hole sponsorships in the amount of $10.00. Pick your starting hole.
* Hole sponsors will have a sign placed at the tee of their choice.

Parking:
Please note parking could get very tight. We ask that you try and carpool if possible. Please enter at the South Street entrance.

Players Packs:
* All amateur players get one custom stamped Coggs disc as part of their player pack and we will have plenty left over to sell as well ($20 each). Also, another item will be added to the player pack (TBA).

Prizes:
* All Pros are playing for a 1st place trophy and 100% cash payout. (minus fees and $5 donation to course fund.)
* All Advanced and Intermediate AMs are playing for a 1st place trophy & possibly Funny Money from a local vendor.
* All Rec and Junior players are playing for a first place trophy.
* We will be paying out based on the PDGA recommendations.
* As usual, there will be lots of CTP prizes!

Lunch:
* A Box Lunch is available during the online registration only. Will be provided by The Great American Grill at The Hilton Garden Inn, Devens, MA. Choice of: Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or Veggie wrap, bag of chips and a cookie! Water and Soda will be available for purchase during the tournament.


Lodging:
* Hilton Garden Inn is 15 minutes away in Devens, MA.
* Double Tree is 5 minutes away in Leominster, MA.

Refunds:
* Refer to PDGA refund policy.
* If you do not show on game day, you won't get anything back or get a player pack (even if you send an email or call that morning). Thank you for sponsoring the tournament!

Just a few days left before the tourney on Saturday. A lot of work by many people have gone into making the course as great as possible for the event including the addition of permanent paver tee pads on holes 1 and 18 and refurbishment of several other natural tee pads. We are very much looking forward to the event. We will have a great player pack for AMs, cash of course for Pro winners and CTPs and other potential prizes for all divisions.

A couple of notes about the event:

This is a PDGA and NEFA points event. If you are not a current PDGA member, there will be a $10 fee to play. Most have already paid that with their registration. If you are someone who did not, but will not be renewing before Friday this week, please note you will be charged $10 when you check in. For NEFA, you must be current on your NEFA membership to have the points count, so please renew this week to avoid that hassle. Rick Williams is trying to work on his scheduling to be there for the sign in to help with NEFA renewals, but please make his job and ours easier by renewing in advance.

Check in is at 8am. We will be there as early as possible before that so please do not wait until the last minute. We have 90 registered players which means 5-somesomes on all holes. Obviously this will take more time to play than 4-somes so please come with that mindset. We will have spotters on a couple of the more blind holes to help with flow of play. Just keep in mind that if you don't see a group in front of you and the one behind is bumping into you, you are playing too slow and should pick up the pace a bit. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and enjoy the course.

Parking:
Limited parking is available at the South Street entrance but we cannot accommodate all cars there. We have permission from the Church across the street from that entrance to park there so there should be plenty of room. For people starting on holes 9, 10, 11, 12, there is a parking area within the park that you can drive yourself out to start. We will guide you...or perhaps some of the regulars with big vehicles (Dean - I'm talking to you) can assist driving folks out that way.

Lunch:
NO LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE. You must have pre-ordered your lunch when you registered. Email me immediately at bkulchuk@gmail.com to pre-order lunch now if you wish to get lunch. We need your lunch order by Wednesday, May 4th at 12PM if you want to add lunch now. Orders received after that time cannot be guaranteed. Pre-ordered lunches are being provided (wrap, chips and a cookie) by The Great American Grill at The Hilton Garden Inn, Devens, MA.

We expect to stick as best as possible to the schedule of:
8am-9am check in
9:10am player meeting
9:30am first round begins
1:00pm-2:00pm lunch (lunch break will be 30 mins after last card is turned in)
2:30pm second round begins
6:00pm awards, ace pot throw off if needed

We will need to be flexible with this schedule but our goal is to turn things around as quickly as possible and get folks on their way.

The weather looks like a touch of rain perhaps on Saturday so please plan accordingly. Umbrellas, rain gear, extra socks, towels and whatever else that means to your preparation. Hopefully Mother Nature cooperates and it is sunny and beautiful, but be prepared either way.
