Nope. Never was.

It was NEFA pending. This I am sure of as I copied and pasted from the events page.
As I can't make it I am trying to get an answer as to how to get a refund and open my spot for someone else.

I would swap with you but since my emails and comments here have gone unanswered it is hard for me to figure out if anyone in charge is paying attention to this thread.
