$40 - PRO WOMEN (FPO)
$35 - ADVANCED, ADV MASTERS, ADV GRANDMASTERS, ADV WOMEN (MA1 MM1 MGM FW1)
$20 - INTERMEDIATE, RECREATIONAL, INT WOMEN, JUNIOR (MA2 MA3 FW2 MJ1)
(+$10 additional for non PDGA members)
