With an earlier date then usual we need to gather quickly
Many behind the scenes discussions are occurring to transition DG to an actual medal event so this year is critical to the cause
Lets keep perfect safety record in tact. More volunteers will help with that

I have 1 marksman basket, not really a normal basket though.
the baskets at Arsenal on the Charles are movable, if they wanted to pitch in, they could be another option

I have a friend (Norm Peterson) that has two disc-catchers that I can bring. Marksman is heavy and unforgiving.

we will be in the baseball field again, construction near Jordan field so that is out again.

The baseball field is across from football stadium, you should be able to se us as you enter the athletic area of Harvard

John Hart and I are on the list to drive in via Gate 8.
We are allowed only 2 vehicles.

Matt D has his ways to get down there, I don't ask...he doesn't tell.

The rest please park in the surrounding event parking lots(I believe free).
Light portable baskets is key. I think every one said they have that type.

I will have the disc, a nice Gateway Titan basket to showcase DG at it's finest via Sully from Tully, case of water
We don't really need a table or chairs but they will offer us one guess we shall take em.

This will mostly likely be us setting a human boundary along the edge of course at basket/tee locations for safety and to avoid criss crossers with heads down texting.

We should be able to get 5-6 holes and 2 putting stations.

As the crowd slows down to nothing around 3pm we will have random dubz amongst the volunteers on the layout,prob 2 rounds the second round we take down the course and modify a bit along the way for fun. It is actually very competitive ya know Serious FUN

The intern bailed this year that was delegated the task of logistics.

It is great to know they count on NEFA as an anchor to be dependable in offering a fun activity for all every year.

fingers crossed the process for DG to be a medal event for next year goes well starting this July.

The coaches are really seeing an interest for DG to be a medal event from the athletes.

Next year we will need 5x the amount of volunteers....be there!

we had 2 aces, Steve hole 5 2016 Harvard Temp course. Not to be outdone John follows the next throw same hole with an ace of his own!

Titan and all. Thank you for you for keeping this going. I too had commitments that would not allow me to be there this year. I will do my best to make it next year. Glad to hear it was a success once again - not that there was ever any doubt. Until then keep on keeping on.
